We aim to ship all order 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery, as occasionally some items may not be in stock. In the unlikely case that there is a delay of more than 28 days; we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping News: Due to the very cheep cost of the Value Knitting wools we have to charge a high amount for postage. For non-EU countries this can be a very large amount of money. All packages are sent by first class mail within the UK at a set charge of £2.00 per order.

All packages sent to the E.U. will be charged a minimum charge of £4.00 per order. Depending on the size of the order the shipping price will increase accordingly.

For overseas orders we charge a percentage of the total order. We send via Royal Mail Airsure.

Returns and Exchange
In the unlikely event of faulty items needing to be returned, please return to us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace or refund the purchase price, plus the cost of your return postage.
